Clinical Form Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Receive, assess, and set up user-submitted, enterprise, and community form requests.

• Communicate expectations to clinicians and internal team members regarding feasibility, trade-offs, and timelines.

• Label and categorize each incoming form field in Field Recognition.

• Select field types such as text, number, date, checkbox, radio button, dropdown, and signature.

• Establish character limits while maintaining the form layout.

• Prepare source PDFs, add missing fields, and adjust the size and alignment of fields.

• Detect patterns and edge cases, providing insights to the forms and growth teams.

• Develop guides and practical examples for internal teams.

• Manage workload across various regions and urgency levels, escalating volume or complexity as necessary.

• Cultivate a working knowledge of Heidi and clinicians' workflows across different specialties, settings, and regions.

• Quick learner capable of rapidly mastering Heidi's product and working independently with high accountability.

• Highly organized with proficient time management skills.

• Excellent and direct communication abilities.

• Good judgment to recognize when a form necessitates discussion or escalation.

• Patience for meticulous, repetitive tasks and reviewing personal output.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the desire to enhance processes.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or form-building software.

• Capability to prepare source PDFs, add missing fields, resize and align fields, establish character limits, and unlock secured files.

• Previous experience with Notion, Intercom, or similar software tools is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Clinical background is advantageous but not essential.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI in healthcare.
