Clinical Field Scheduling and Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service regions in CareLink.

• Facilitate scheduling and logistical coordination across Georgia and New Jersey.

• Enhance clinician routing based on geographical factors, availability, and operational priorities.

• Detect and address scheduling issues, overbooking, unused capacity, and coverage shortfalls.

• Handle last-minute scheduling modifications resulting from callouts, urgent requests, and field demands.

• Organize daily assignments for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.

• Assist with the PTO approval and schedule update processes alongside clinical managers.

• Address real-time scheduling inquiries and resolve scheduling-related issues.

• Train new clinical team members and operational partners on CareLink procedures.

• Utilize approved AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance accuracy, and minimize manual efforts.

• Document workflows and maintain cross-training for consistent operational coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in scheduling, workforce coordination, field logistics, or healthcare operations.

• Reside in Georgia, have previously lived there, or possess substantial knowledge of Georgia's geography, travel patterns, and regional distinctions.

• Familiarity with AI or automation tools aimed at enhancing business workflows.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a knack for swiftly identifying and resolving operational challenges.

• Effective communication skills with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.

• Open to learning new systems and adapting in a changing environment.

• Preferred experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel.
