Clinical Field Engineer, Hospital Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the growth and effective execution of Masimo’s Hospital Automation portfolio throughout the Benelux region.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance the opportunity pipeline and revenue streams, which includes lead generation, opportunity qualification, customer proposals, tenders, and deal support.

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored for clinical, technical, and management audiences.

• Work alongside Project Management, Delivery, and Service teams on connectivity initiatives in both Acute Care and Alternate Care settings.

• Aid in the implementation and ongoing support of Masimo solutions.

• Serve as a customer advocate for Automation Solutions.

• Link customer requirements with Masimo’s clinical, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Gather regional market insights and product feedback.

• Collaborate with third-party medical device firms and Hospital Information System/Electronic Medical Record companies.

• Engage in pertinent sales and marketing events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in healthcare sciences, information systems/information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in informatics, encompassing infrastructure, networks, databases, or cloud computing, and/or hospital information technology.

• Background in sales or pre-sales functions within the healthcare, medical technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as IHE and HL7.

• Understanding of hospital workflows and the healthcare ecosystem.

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English.

• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

• Previous experience with hospital connectivity, automation solutions, or clinical information systems is advantageous.
