
Clinical Expert, Care Team Operations – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute care management outreach, follow up on chronic conditions, close care gaps, and engage in other clinical activities utilizing Thesis’s AI platform.
• Evaluate prior authorizations, manage appeals, and perform various clinical-administrative tasks that require human clinical judgment.
• Conduct quality audits, pinpoint trends in errors or gaps, and formulate remediation strategies.
• Develop and update quality scorecards and clinical rubrics.
• Create clinical protocols, scripts, and decision-support materials for Thesis AI agents.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for clinical team members regarding the platform, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Engage in workflow design sessions and test new capabilities of the agents.
• Recognize edge cases and provide insights as a clinical subject matter expert.
• Active RN or equivalent clinical license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in direct patient care and virtual or telephonic care delivery.
• Significant exposure to care management, utilization management, prior authorization, or population health workflows.
• Previous experience in a healthtech company, venture-backed startup, health plan, or technology-enabled clinical services organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Comfortable in early-stage settings and adept at creating processes from scratch.
