
Clinical Expert, Care Team Operations – NP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in care management outreach, follow-ups for chronic conditions, closure of care gaps, and various clinical tasks supported by Thesis’s AI platform.
• Assess prior authorizations, manage appeals, and handle other clinical-administrative responsibilities that require professional clinical judgment.
• Conduct quality audits, pinpoint trends in errors or gaps, devise remediation strategies, and maintain and enhance quality scorecards and clinical rubrics.
• Develop clinical protocols, scripts, and decision-support materials that empower Thesis AI agents.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of clinical team members on Thesis’s platform, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert during workflow design sessions.
• Evaluate new agent functionalities, identify edge cases, and provide insights to product and engineering teams.
• Active NP or equivalent clinical license in good standing.
• Multi-state or Compact licensure is advantageous.
• 2-5 years of experience in direct patient care and virtual or telephonic care delivery.
• Significant exposure to care management, utilization management, prior authorization, or population health workflows.
• Previous experience in a healthtech company, venture-backed startup, health plan, or technology-enabled clinical services organization.
• Detail-oriented and adept at providing constructive feedback.
• Thrives in early-stage environments where processes are built from the ground up.
