This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide both onsite and virtual education to clients regarding Siemens imaging systems, including software features, functionalities, and workflows.
• Assist in designing and developing both onsite and virtual educational programs for Siemens partners, both internal and external.
• Assess the education needs of customers and develop training plans, materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources accordingly.
• Offer support to Coach accounts as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Education Development Specialist to evaluate, select, and prioritize content development modalities.
• Create virtual education programs tailored for customers and employees.
• Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist concerning training materials.
• Engage in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to collect valuable information for upcoming training programs.
• Develop training content intended for the training and development website and e-learning platforms.
• Adhere to branding and formatting standards during content creation.
• Collaborate with relevant Siemens education teams to develop virtual training programs for customers and employees and manage a database of training materials.
• Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure that training sessions align with business needs.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in a related field, or a graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Registration and/or licensure in MR clinical modality is mandatory.
• Generally, a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a related field.
• Experience with Siemens MR systems is required.
• Preference for candidates with MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and their applications.
• Competent in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to establish and meet deadlines and schedules.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Proficient in problem analysis and strategizing for improved solutions.
• Basic understanding of networking and hospital workflows.
