Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and enhance AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training locations through strategic outreach.

β€’ Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from initial prospecting to onboarding readiness.

β€’ Prioritize opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

β€’ Utilize HubSpot and other technological tools to establish, prioritize, and oversee the outreach pipeline.

β€’ Keep accurate documentation, report on pipeline health, and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies.

β€’ Assess potential partners using knowledge of provider types, specialties, credentialing, licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and verification processes.

β€’ Inform healthcare professionals and organizations about the benefits of partnering with AMO.

β€’ Lead prospective partners from outreach through to onboarding readiness while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

β€’ Negotiate educational stipends and gather contractual and credentialing documentation.

β€’ Ensure thorough and accurate handoffs to internal teams.

β€’ Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to fulfill school partner needs and placement timelines.

β€’ Communicate with external partners and internal stakeholders, utilizing LinkedIn and ensuring prompt follow-up.

β€’ Identify enhancements to recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ Over 3 years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.

β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or meeting deadlines in a clinical education setting.

β€’ Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred.

β€’ Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related healthcare documentation.

β€’ Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, address objections, and foster long-term professional relationships.

β€’ Comfortable utilizing professional networks and social media, including LinkedIn, to create opportunities.

β€’ Ability to quickly learn and consistently implement documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.

β€’ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; capable of prioritizing competing initiatives, adapting to changing placement needs, and maintaining urgency without compromising accuracy.

β€’ High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

β€’ Candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
