Clinical Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide on-demand consultations for single sessions, conduct clinical assessments, triage, and offer informational services.

• Utilize advanced technology platforms to improve customer experience and connect members with appropriate solutions.

• Assist members through phone, video, or chat communications.

• Deliver immediate mental health support available 24/7 via video, live chat, or phone.

• Work schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on business and coverage requirements.

• Engage in an annual shift bidding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid and unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, or Clinical Psychologist) in the state of employment.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in crisis intervention.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills.

• Be proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and tools.

• Hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health or counseling discipline.
