Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and application support to both customers and the internal sales team for Baxter's vital sign and cardiology product lines.

• Collaborate directly with the sales team throughout the sales process and engage in presales activities, which include onsite meetings, conference calls, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.

• Offer clinical guidance and customer training on the intended use of vital signs and cardiology product lines.

• Conduct follow-up sessions with customers after training.

• Recognize customer complaints or issues and mediate between the sales team and customers to facilitate resolutions.

• Assess the training needs of the sales force and work together with marketing to create and implement training plans.

• Collect customer feedback for product improvements and partner with business and project management on recommendations.

• Keep comprehensive records of training sessions and customer communications.

• Maintain updates in Salesforce.com and with the clinical manager.

• Engage in the clinical on-call program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• At least two years of experience in critical care, emergency department, post-anesthesia care, telemetry units, or other related healthcare environments.

• Background as an educator in training both medical and non-medical personnel, whether through formal staff development or preceptor programs.

• Familiarity with cardiac arrhythmia, hemodynamic monitoring, pulmonary artery monitoring, and cardiac output assessment.

• Exceptional oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience as an educator or public speaker.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships effortlessly while working independently and being self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel 80% to hospital and clinical environments, including overnight stays.

• Participation in a one-week rotational clinical on-call program (Monday-Friday).
