This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for driving business growth and strategic expansion of the company's clinical diagnostics products in the Chinese market, with a focus on pathology and clinical flow cytometry applications.
• Promote sustained business growth and enhance the company's industry influence through market strategy formulation, strategic project management, key account management, new product commercialization, and channel and partnership ecosystem development.
• Develop national business growth strategies for the pathology and clinical flow cytometry application areas based on market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and policy environment.
• Identify key business opportunities, create differentiated market expansion paths, and facilitate their implementation.
• Optimize business models and market access strategies to improve overall commercial conversion efficiency.
• Establish a systematic target customer map and opportunity management mechanism to drive continuous conversion of key projects.
• Gain deep insights into customer clinical needs and decision-making processes, transforming technical and product capabilities into executable business opportunities.
• Collaborate in managing and expanding business with key customer groups, including major hospitals, pathology centers, regional testing centers, and third-party medical laboratories.
• Lead strategic project management, including opportunity assessment, commercial proposal design, resource coordination, execution advancement, and results review.
• Manage the business opportunity pipeline, continuously tracking project progress, risks, resource needs, and conversion results.
• Drive the application and implementation of comprehensive solutions in clinical settings for pathology and clinical flow cytometry.
• Integrate product portfolios, application solutions, and marketing strategies to enhance solution value and customer conversion efficiency.
• Oversee the entire process of new product introduction and commercialization, including strategy formulation, key customer validation, clinical/market introduction, and promotion execution to ensure successful market entry and scalable application of new products.
• Build and optimize the channel empowerment system to enhance channel coverage, professional standards, compliance execution, and business output.
• Formulate channel development strategies and drive execution to optimize channel layout and collaboration models.
• Develop a clinical academic and user ecosystem to promote KOL networks, demonstration centers, and regional benchmark projects.
• Collaborate with headquarters and local market teams, including sales, applications, services, supply chain, and compliance, to advance product positioning, market access, and regional strategy implementation.
• Provide market strategy, customer management, and solution support to the sales team, enhancing overall business capabilities.
• Participate in business analysis and market industry insights to support business decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in medicine, laboratory science, life sciences, or biomedical-related fields.
• Over 5–8 years of experience in clinical diagnostics, IVD, life sciences, or related healthcare industries, with expertise in business development, channel management, market development, or regional/national sales management, capable of identifying and promoting business growth opportunities based on market trends, policy changes, and competitive environments.
• Possess the ability to uncover and convert business opportunities, familiar with pathology and clinical flow cytometry application scenarios and customer decision-making mechanisms, and understand the ecosystem of China's clinical diagnostics and IVD industry.
• Experienced in new business development, driving key projects, and managing complex customer relationships, capable of facilitating business execution.
• Experienced in new product introduction and commercialization, understanding strategy formulation, key customer validation, and market introduction processes, along with experience in KOL networks, academic collaboration, demonstration center, and regional benchmark market development, as well as channel management and ecosystem collaboration.
• Experienced in complex project management and cross-department collaboration, familiar with sales funnels, opportunity pipelines, customer segmentation, channel performance, and business forecasting management methods, with strong collaboration and data insight abilities.
• Possess a strong sense of compliance and risk identification, familiar with and strictly adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards in clinical diagnostics and healthcare, maintaining legality, transparency, and traceability in all commercial and market activities, and complying with company requirements.
• Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
