Clinical Applications Specialist – Ultrasound, French-English Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and technical guidance to clients by showcasing the advanced features, applications, and technologies of ultrasound systems.

• Assist users in the adoption and optimization of equipment, advanced software, artificial intelligence capabilities, and tools for workflow enhancement.

• Provide training for users in general imaging, women’s health, musculoskeletal, interventional, and various other clinical applications.

• Engage in system installations and commissioning at customer locations.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training at conferences, trade shows, and scientific gatherings.

• Support the sales team with strategies related to commercial, marketing, and customer experience.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through continuous support and optimization of equipment usage.

• Collect feedback and identify customer requirements.

• Collaborate with team members and product specialists to sustain clinical, technical, and technological proficiency.

• Complete reports and administrative tasks associated with training, demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support activities.

• Provide both technical and clinical leadership to clients throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.

• Monitor customer installations and maintain post-sale customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent; must hold current membership in a Canadian ultrasound professional association, either in Quebec (OTIMROEPMQ) or elsewhere in Canada.

• Experience in ultrasound imaging within a diagnostic clinical environment, ideally in a hospital or multidisciplinary clinical setup.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Canada, including multiple overnight stays.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams.

• Capability to teach and train efficiently and in an organized manner.

• Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

• Must reside in the province of Quebec and be located near a metropolitan international airport.

• Preferred qualifications include: experience in teaching hospitals or research centers; familiarity with GE HealthCare Ultrasound products; advanced certifications in cardiac, vascular, or breast ultrasound; experience with 3D/4D, elastography, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and fusion imaging technologies; and experience in adult education and group presentations.
