Clinical Applications Specialist – Renal Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and training support for product-related knowledge to both internal and external customers.

• Showcase proficiency in therapeutic and core products.

• Conduct in-service training, guiding, and offering clinical support for both new and existing products.

• Assist in evaluating new product market research trials in the field and facilitate new product launches.

• Deliver continuous product-related training and pertinent information to customers.

• Respond to clinical inquiries from physicians, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Integrate seamlessly into clinical and regional teams as an active contributor.

• Serve as a clinical product resource for customers and sales teams.

• Perform additional duties and tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education and/or professional experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA) in a field related to medical imaging or procedures.

• A minimum of three years of direct support in imaging-based procedures.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to analyze feedback within a learning context and formulate strategies to enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies.

• Comprehensive understanding of coaching and development methodologies.

• Proficiency in implementing a corporate clinical or sales preparation program related to Merit’s products.

• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to grasp complex issues.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to coordinate large-scale programs.

• Proven computer proficiency, ideally in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant software applications.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Familiarity with product knowledge and experience.

• Strong communication capabilities.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work in environments with occupational radiation exposure.
