This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Deliver remote counseling and therapy services through telemedicine to patients at the Community Health Center.
β’ Provide evidence-based care for patients, utilizing techniques such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Grief/Bereavement Counseling.
β’ Apply treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings.
β’ Timely review and sign of psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
β’ Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities according to clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements.
β’ Conduct crisis interventions for individuals and families based on established safety plans.
β’ Engage in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
β’ Take part in both individual and group supervision sessions.
β’ Complete ongoing education, in-services, and training to enhance and maintain professional competency.
β’ Offer case management services to foster recovery and community reintegration.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ An active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided.
β’ Clinician must either possess or be willing to obtain a license in Arizona, Oregon, or Washington, alongside holding an active license in their primary residence state.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Required).
β’ Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.
β’ A patient-first approach and mindset.
β’ Qualification as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
β’ Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, with reliable internet connectivity.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence.
β’ Adequate hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings.
β’ Sufficient vision for reading computer screens and documents.
β’ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
β’ Ability to remain seated for extended periods during working hours.
β’ Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings as a condition of employment.
