This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions both on-site and remotely for external clients.

• Offer clinical expertise and solutions to intricate customer challenges.

• Create and implement customized training programs, including digital and online learning options.

• Evaluate local market trends and customer requirements to enhance commercial strategies.

• Partner with Segment and Product Managers to penetrate new care areas and markets.

• Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key accounts, and clinical collaborators.

• Identify and facilitate workshops, congresses, and training initiatives.

• Educate and assist internal teams on new technologies.

• Keep track of competitive products and market conditions.

• Mentor peers and promote teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with relevant clinical or technical experience in ultrasound.

• Demonstrated experience with ultrasound systems, ideally in Women’s Health.

• Strong grasp of clinical education, training methods, and implementation processes.

• Capability to convey complex information clearly and tailor messages for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%, which includes frequent overnight stays).

• Valid driver's license.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible, with a high degree of ownership.

• Customer-focused and growth-oriented mindset.

• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

• Previous experience in the medical equipment industry, especially in ultrasound, is a plus.
