Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert on product utilization in key market sectors to aid in achieving the company’s revenue growth objectives.

• Collaborate with the local sales team to plan and deliver thorough onsite and virtual training and education for customers, encompassing curriculum, processes/tools, and programs.

• Foster a unified understanding of the technology among care providers and clearly communicate the clinical and economic value proposition.

• Engage in product evaluations and installations.

• Evaluate needs and offer comprehensive education and hands-on training for all clinical team members on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Deliver training and education to ensure optimal bedside application of the technology in both new and established accounts.

• Provide training and educational resources to both new and existing Sentec users.

• Assist in new-hire training and the ongoing development of sales and marketing teams.

• Conduct onsite and virtual education, training, and presentations for both CE and non-CE audiences.

• Present at in-person state and potential national society events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.

• A current RRT license is mandatory.

• Previous experience in training or educating healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry as a Clinical Specialist is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Sentec products is preferred.

• Ability to swiftly comprehend new product enhancements and training materials.

• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.

• Must obtain any/all necessary vaccinations as required for vendor credentialing.

• Home-based in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Greater Cleveland, Ohio area.

• Willingness to travel overnight 60% of the time.

• Ability to work flexible hours.
