Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver training and educational programs to both new and existing users of Sentec.

• Facilitate training and development for new hires and ongoing sales personnel.

• Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions, including both CE and non-CE presentations.

• Present at state and potentially national society events in person.

• Serve as the subject matter expert regarding Sentec products in key market areas.

• Work collaboratively with the local sales team to organize and provide thorough onsite and virtual customer training and education.

• Foster a shared understanding of the technology among care providers and communicate the clinical and economic value proposition effectively.

• Engage in product evaluations and installations.

• Identify needs and offer comprehensive education and hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting support.

• Deliver training and education aimed at optimizing bedside usage of the technology in both new and existing accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.

• A current RRT license is mandatory.

• Prior experience in training and educating healthcare professionals is desirable.

• Experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist capacity is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Sentec products is preferred.

• Ability to rapidly grasp new product enhancements along with training programs and materials.

• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and secure any necessary vaccinations for vendor credentialing.

• Willingness to travel overnight (60% of the time).

• Flexibility to work varied hours is required.
