Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct training and educational sessions for both new and current Sentec users.

• Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of sales personnel and the marketing team.

• Provide both onsite and virtual training for customers, covering curricula, processes, tools, and programs.

• Clearly communicate the clinical and economic value propositions of the technology to various healthcare providers.

• Engage in product evaluations and installations.

• Identify needs and deliver comprehensive product education along with hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting support.

• Offer training and education to ensure optimal bedside utilization of the technology in both new and existing accounts.

• Present CE and non-CE sessions, as well as in-person presentations at state and potential national society events.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for products within key market segments to facilitate revenue growth objectives.

• Work collaboratively with local sales teams to organize customer education initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A current RRT license is mandatory.

• Previous experience in training or educating healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Experience in the Medical Device Industry, specifically in a Clinical Specialist role, is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity and extensive knowledge of Sentec products is preferred.

• Capability to quickly comprehend new product enhancements and associated training materials.

• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and obtain any required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
