This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
β’ Generate insights based on data that highlight actionable opportunities in alignment with the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare.
β’ Design, execute, and interpret clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports, while disseminating findings effectively.
β’ Leverage clinical, member, financial, and administrative data to identify, develop, and track opportunities for enhancing health outcomes, clinical quality, and care costs.
β’ Efficiently manage projects to ensure they are completed successfully.
β’ Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical domains.
β’ Offer thought leadership and subject matter expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Assist Senior and Lead analysts by providing mentorship in consultative, technical, subject matter, and business expertise.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual and access requirements.
β’ A minimum of 2 years leading the design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses, and studies of increasing scope and complexity.
β’ At least 2 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools, and processes utilizing claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data.
β’ A year of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
β’ One year of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders.
β’ Strong working knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, and both quantitative and qualitative analytic methodologies, including advanced analytics and statistics.
β’ Expertise in the healthcare industry, encompassing knowledge of health insurance, healthcare delivery, provider relationships, and regulatory matters.
β’ Experience with clinical and business processes along with the development of improvement solutions.
β’ Proven ability to informally lead matrixed teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field OR 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Experience with R, SQL, or BigQuery/GCP is strongly preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Tableau or R-Shiny is strongly preferred.
