This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Design, develop, implement, share, and analyze clinical and population health metrics and reports.
β’ Utilize clinical, member, financial, and administrative data to pinpoint, create, and track opportunities for enhancing health outcomes, clinical quality, and cost efficiency.
β’ Effectively oversee analytical projects to ensure successful completion.
β’ Foster collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
β’ Guarantee that analytics are actionable and in alignment with the organization's priorities, needs, plans, and resources.
β’ Offer strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise.
β’ Mentor Senior and Lead level analysts and colleagues throughout the organization.
β’ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
β’ Must be a US citizen due to contractual and access requirements.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
β’ Minimum of 2 years leading the design, execution, and distribution of clinical and population health reporting, analyses, and studies of increasing scope and complexity.
β’ At least 2 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools, and processes involving claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data.
β’ 1 year of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
β’ 1 year of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders.
β’ Strong working knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, quantitative and qualitative analytic methodologies, as well as advanced analytics and statistics.
β’ Expertise in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of health insurance, healthcare delivery, provider relationships, and regulatory issues.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of clinical and business processes.
β’ Experience with R, SQL, or BigQuery/GCP is strongly preferred.
β’ Proficiency with R-Shiny, Tableau, or Power BI is strongly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to lead through influence and informally guide matrixed teams.
β’ Skill in identifying improvement opportunities and developing practical solutions.
β’ No specific licenses or certifications are required.
