This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the main contact for a large volume of established accounts, ensuring the effective onboarding and monitoring of patients.
• Meet set sales and utilization objectives.
• Implement quarterly business strategies with defined activity targets and growth initiatives.
• Conduct account reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and explore opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and engage in educational sessions.
• Share competitive insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Cover for Territory Managers during their time off, meetings, and busy periods.
• Keep CRM records updated for key accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), heart-failure clinics, and administrators.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with Territory Managers regarding accounts.
• Assist in optimizing workflows for patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring.
• Address remote-monitoring and workflow challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide occasional procedural case support for priority accounts.
• Train and inform clinical staff, heart-failure clinics, and administrators.
• Participate in product in-services and aid in the collection of clinical data.
• Cultivate proficiency in product knowledge, heart-failure, and CardioMEMS.
• Adhere to FDA, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, account strategies, expenses, and clinical interactions.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership.
• Maintain professional and compliant communication with hospital and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare sector (inside or field).
• Strong consultative selling abilities, including identifying needs, posing strategic questions, and presenting solutions that enhance utilization.
• Proven performance record of achieving ≥100% of goals in the most recent performance year.
• Experience engaging with clinicians and administrators.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to groups of 10–50 stakeholders.
• Understanding of the reimbursement landscape and payment pathways (highly preferred).
• Experience with leading MedTech companies (highly preferred).
• 1–2 years of commercial experience.
• Background in Cardiology/HF/EP/Structural Heart or remote monitoring.
• Previous involvement in value analysis or committee-based selling.
• Familiarity with Cath lab/OR workflows; basic procedural support experience.
• Willingness and capability to travel 25% of the time.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods.
• Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
