This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the main point of contact for a large volume of established accounts.
• Ensure efficient onboarding processes and patient monitoring workflows.
• Meet designated sales and utilization objectives within specified accounts.
• Implement quarterly business strategies with activity targets and growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular account assessments to evaluate performance, identify obstacles, and discover opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and engage in educational meetings.
• Share competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market data.
• Offer coverage for Territory Managers during their PTO, meetings, and peak demand times.
• Keep CRM documentation updated for key accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, APPs, heart-failure clinics, and administrators.
• Conduct quarterly account evaluations with the Territory Manager.
• Assist in optimizing workflows for patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring.
• Resolve issues related to remote monitoring and workflow challenges.
• Provide occasional procedural case support for priority accounts across the wider territory.
• Train and educate new clinical staff, heart-failure clinics, and administrators.
• Participate in product in-services and assist in clinical data collection.
• Develop expertise in product knowledge, heart-failure, and CardioMEMS.
• Comply with FDA, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Maintain precise documentation regarding sales, account plans, expenses, and clinical interactions.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership.
• Ensure professional and compliant communication with hospital and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including identifying needs, asking strategic questions, and recommending solutions that promote utilization growth.
• Proven track record of achieving ≥100% of goals in the most recent performance year.
• Experience in account management with clinicians and administrators, particularly in HF clinics and service line leadership.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, as well as Excel/analytics and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical and technical presentations to groups of 10–50 stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and payment pathways is highly preferred.
• Experience with leading MedTech organizations is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of commercial experience.
• Background in Cardiology, HF, EP, Structural Heart, or remote monitoring.
• Prior experience with value analysis or committee-based selling.
• Familiarity with Cath lab/OR workflows and basic procedural support experience.
• Willingness and capability to travel 25% of the time.
