This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in sales demand generation.
• Implement marketing strategies and advocate for Sobi products as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
• Offer up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi products.
• Clearly articulate the on-label clinical advantages of the products.
• Carry out Plan of Action marketing strategies.
• Convey branded sales messages to clients.
• Represent Sobi at local gatherings.
• Meet or surpass territory sales objectives.
• Advocate for Sobi products and services to a designated customer demographic.
• Drive and expand sales within a specified geographical region.
• Promote the appropriate use of Sobi products among healthcare professionals.
• Create and execute a business plan for the territory.
• Analyze weekly territory sales data to prioritize physician outreach and ensure precise reporting.
• Develop budget plans for customer interactions, local symposiums, and other external expenses.
• Identify and address issues and opportunities.
• Maintain proactive communication with sales and marketing management.
• Report any adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department.
• Carry out administrative tasks, including documenting call activities, customer information, and processing expenses.
• Reside within the Charlotte, NC area.
• Obtain a BA/BS degree in business or a scientific field.
• Have at least 5 years of focused hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology fields.
• For CAM positions: a minimum of 3 years of biologics sales experience through a specialty pharmacy, or 8 years of focused hospital sales experience.
• Experience in the transition of care or patient journey from hospital to outpatient settings.
• Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
• Familiarity with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary processes.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across a large assigned territory.
• Must reside in or be located near the designated geographic territory; relocation assistance will not be available.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel of up to 40–50% in certain situations.
• Adherence to all regulatory standards, state, and federal laws.
• Capability to perform necessary administrative tasks, including timely reporting of call activities, customer information, and expense submissions.
