This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and coordinate plans tailored to specific territories and customers while adhering to institutional and account directives.
• Facilitate educational training sessions for physician offices and teams.
• Conduct initial training for patients and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Install Glooko and provide necessary education when required.
• Identify and cultivate key opinion leaders to serve as advocates.
• Offer clinical insights and value to enhance business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead, collaborate with, and support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) beyond the designated geography.
• Engage in district meetings for training, updates, and sharing field intelligence.
• Manage accounts by providing consistent updates and keeping commercial leadership informed about site activities, material approvals, and office requests.
• Associate degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current professional credentials and/or certifications, such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other clinical qualifications.
• State licensure as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced skills in diabetes management along with a comprehensive understanding of the diabetes landscape and pump technology.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and account management.
• Expert knowledge of clinical practice recommendations and protocols for training insulin pump patients.
• Experience in market and account development as well as business strategy.
• Capability to strategize both independently and collaboratively within assigned accounts.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and business development abilities.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage and data analysis.
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must reside within the designated geographic area of the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel regularly, primarily by car, within the assigned region.
• Capability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: Previous sales or clinical experience in medical devices and/or diabetes specialty.
