This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Assist in achieving brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a highly cooperative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven track record in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Frequent business travel by air or car is necessary.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Experience in Account Management across any industry.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in patient interaction or consulting healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
