This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
⢠Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
⢠Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Conduct compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide coordinated customer experiences.
⢠Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics.
⢠Enhance territory execution and maximize sustainable business outcomes.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
⢠Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Continuously improve clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
⢠Travel approximately 25% of the time.
⢠Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.

⢠Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
⢠Tenacity and resilience with a proven record in challenging situations.
⢠Valid driver's license.
⢠Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
⢠Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
⢠Compliance with safe driving regulations.
⢠Frequent business travel by air or car.
⢠Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing prerequisites, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Bachelorās degree is preferred.
⢠Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
⢠Account Management experience in any sector.
⢠Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
⢠Background in the healthcare industry.
⢠Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
⢠MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
