This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle South region.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and fulfills local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Support the brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful history in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle, company car, or truck.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
β’ Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred.
β’ Experience in Account Management across any industry.
β’ Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
β’ An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
