This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders in accounts.

• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

• Fulfill necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle North oncology territory.

• Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more swiftly than peers.

• Proven competitive selling abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful track record in challenging situations.

• Personal vehicle or company-provided car/truck.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

• Willingness to travel for business purposes by air or car.

• Experience in oncology, ideally related to hematologic malignancies (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience in Account Management across any industry (preferred).

• Background in Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).

• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).

• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).

• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
