πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory in Seattle North.

β€’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.

β€’ Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.

β€’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions with customers.

β€’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.

β€’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Travel frequently by air or car, with an expected travel commitment of 25% of the time.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.

β€’ Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.

β€’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments.

β€’ Possession of a personal vehicle or a company car/truck.

β€’ Valid driver’s license required.

β€’ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

β€’ Regular business travel by air or car is expected.

β€’ Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ Experience in oncology is preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies.

β€’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Account management experience in any field is preferred.

β€’ Experience with specialty pharmacies is preferred.

β€’ Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.

β€’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.

β€’ An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
