This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory in Seattle North.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
β’ Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
β’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Travel frequently by air or car, with an expected travel commitment of 25% of the time.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Possession of a personal vehicle or a company car/truck.
β’ Valid driverβs license required.
β’ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
β’ Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology is preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Account management experience in any field is preferred.
β’ Experience with specialty pharmacies is preferred.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
β’ An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
