This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Design and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant and customer-centered engagements by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Commit to ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle North territory, supporting objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Engage in regular travel within the assigned territory, using air or car transportation.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid record of success in challenging situations.
• Personal vehicle or access to a company car or truck.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Frequent business travel by air or car is expected.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may encompass background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology is advantageous, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Background in Account Management across any industry.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting with healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
