
Clinical Account Executive, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
⢠Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
⢠Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Provide compliant and customer-focused interactions by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical expertise.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
⢠Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
⢠Support the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
⢠Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Continually advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
⢠Travel around 25% of the time.
⢠Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
⢠Experience in oncology, preferably related to hematologic malignancies.
⢠Proven track record of achieving exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
⢠Strategic understanding of customers, key accounts, and market dynamics.
⢠Ability to quickly learn and apply complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
⢠Skill in simplifying complex clinical and business concepts into clear and compelling points.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.
⢠Capability to work within a highly collaborative team environment.
⢠Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⢠Determination and resilience with a solid history of success in challenging environments.
⢠Must have the ability to drive a personal or company vehicle.
⢠Possession of a valid driver's license.
⢠Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
⢠Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Must complete required training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Bachelorās degree is preferred.
⢠Account management experience in any industry is preferred.
⢠Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
⢠Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
⢠People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
⢠An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
