This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-focused interactions backed by extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to refine execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling skills.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven success record in challenging environments.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel required, either by air or car.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Background in Account Management.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
