This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with the brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Conduct compliant, customer-oriented interactions by leveraging in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide synchronized customer experiences.
β’ Assess the performance of the territory using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.
β’ Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory, supporting brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Proven capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid record of success in challenging environments.
β’ Access to a personal or company vehicle.
β’ A valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
β’ Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
β’ Background in Account Management in any sector (preferred).
β’ Experience with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
β’ MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
