This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Oklahoma City region.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Persistently enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote the objectives and business goals of Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
• Travel frequently by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics industries.
• Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging situations.
• Access to a personal auto or company vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management across any industry.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy practices.
• Background in the healthcare sector, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is desirable.
