This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Cleveland, Ohio region.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Analyze territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandatory training and follow company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to improved patient outcomes and support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics field.
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Proven competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful track record in challenging settings.
• Access to personal vehicle, company car, or truck.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Oncology experience, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
