This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory focusing on CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements by utilizing deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete all necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Persistently enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and resilience, with a proven record of success in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car or truck.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business via air or car.
• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, especially in hematologic malignancies.
• Background in account management across any sector.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy.
• Exposure to the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
