This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and caters to local customer requirements.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant and customer-oriented interactions by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and follow company policies along with OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as a strategic leader for the territory, supporting CLL and NHL Oncology Products and striving to improve patient outcomes.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and resilience, demonstrating a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or a company-provided car or truck.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business by air or car.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, ideally in hematologic malignancies.
• Account management experience in any sector.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
