This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with the brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics.
• Enhance territory execution to maximize sustainable business impact.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete the necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging settings.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Willingness to engage in regular business travel by air or car.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may entail background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology is preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management in any industry is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
