This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill mandatory training requirements and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal guidelines.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Proven competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful track record in demanding environments.
• Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business by air or car.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing mandates, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, preferably focused on hematologic malignancies.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy is advantageous.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
