This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategies and the needs of local customers
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
β’ Exhibit profound scientific and clinical knowledge through compliant and customer-focused interactions
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide coordinated customer experiences
β’ Assess territory performance by utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
β’ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements
β’ Complete all mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
β’ Promote the objectives and business goals of Imbruvica and Epkinly
β’ Travel is expected to be around 25% of the time
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics fields
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably related to hematologic malignancies
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership
β’ Strategic business insight regarding customers, key accounts, and market dynamics
β’ Capacity to quickly comprehend and apply intricate scientific, clinical, and business concepts
β’ Ability to distill complex clinical and business information into clear, compelling narratives
β’ Strong resilience, adaptability, persistence, and a solutions-oriented mindset
β’ Intellectual curiosity regarding science, customers, and business
β’ Ambition and capability to assume larger roles more rapidly than peers
β’ Competitive selling abilities

β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred
β’ Experience in account management in any field is preferred
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
β’ Previous people management or leadership experience is advantageous
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is favored
