This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with the brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Fulfill all required AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Promote the objectives and business goals associated with Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
β’ Travel frequently by air or car within the territory.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Experience in oncology, ideally within hematologic malignancies.
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Possess strategic business acumen covering customers, key accounts, and market dynamics.
β’ Ability to swiftly learn and apply complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify intricate clinical and business concepts.
β’ Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, persistence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
β’ Strong competitive selling skills.
β’ Proven ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Strong history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Valid driver's license with the capability to meet safe driving standards.
β’ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
β’ Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Regular business travel by air or car is mandatory.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management in any industry is preferred.
β’ Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy.
β’ Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
β’ People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
