This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory focusing on CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Create and implement an all-encompassing territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered engagements by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel frequently by air or car, with an expected travel commitment of 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Ambition and capability to assume larger responsibilities more rapidly than peers.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience, with a proven track record of success in challenging settings.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Regular travel for business purposes by air or car.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and verification of immunization/vaccination status.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in Account Management across any industry (preferred).
• Specialty Pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare sector, especially with patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Previous people management or other leadership experience (preferred).
• MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
