This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Tampa, Sarasota, Cape Coral, Florida, and neighboring regions.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill required AbbVie training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven track record of success in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• A valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass pre-employment drug screenings and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Oncology experience, especially in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Experience in Account Management.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting healthcare organizations.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
