This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the strategic leader for CLL and NHL Oncology Products in the Orlando region
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Exhibit profound scientific and clinical knowledge through compliant, customer-centric interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide coordinated customer experiences
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager
• Travel around 25% of the time
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers
• Competitive sales acumen
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Tenacity and determination with a proven history of success in challenging settings
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Ability to meet safe driving standards
• Willingness to travel regularly for business by air or car
• Ability to comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Oncology experience, especially in hematologic malignancies (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in Account Management (preferred)
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred)
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting healthcare companies (preferred)
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred)
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred)
