This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategies and caters to local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Travel around 25% of the time.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving competencies.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging situations.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Background in Account Management across any industry.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy practices.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting with healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is advantageous.
