
Clinical Account Executive β Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for a designated oncology territory.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer demands.
β’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-oriented interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer interactions.
β’ Complete all necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Support the objectives and business goals of CLL and NHL oncology product brands.
β’ Travel around 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Proven exceptional sales achievements through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience in challenging environments.
β’ Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck and a valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to undertake regular business travel by air or car.
β’ Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
β’ Experience in Account Management (preferred).
β’ Background in Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
β’ MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
