This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategies and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and other key stakeholders in accounts.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Pursue continuous development in clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory and support objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Background in account management across any industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
