πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.

β€’ Formulate and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer requirements.

β€’ Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

β€’ Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

β€’ Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.

β€’ Commit to ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.

β€’ Allocate resources judiciously and work collaboratively across the oncology ecosystem to generate long-term value for patients, customers, and the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

β€’ A strong desire and capability to advance into larger roles more swiftly than peers.

β€’ Competence in competitive selling.

β€’ Ability to thrive within a highly collaborative team setting.

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Tenacity and resilience, with a proven record of success in demanding environments.

β€’ Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.

β€’ A valid driver's license.

β€’ Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and fulfill safe driving criteria.

β€’ Willingness to travel for business on a regular basis, by air or car.

β€’ Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies (preferred).

β€’ Bachelor's degree (preferred).

β€’ Account Management experience in any sector (preferred).

β€’ Specialty Pharmacy experience (preferred).

β€’ Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred).

β€’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).

β€’ MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
