Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company; no cold calling involved.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and develop customized treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's services, which include laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Offer financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work in partnership with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

• Cultivate a dedicated clientele and earn commissions on sold treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Must be comfortable handling a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven and capable of managing one's own sales pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
