This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders in accounts.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer feedback, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill required training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Engage in ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic lead within the territory for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and determination demonstrated by a successful track record in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck is required.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business via air or car.
• Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology is advantageous, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Account management experience in any field is beneficial.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially interacting with patients or advising healthcare firms.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
