This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-focused engagements utilizing in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging situations.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to travel for business via air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Experience in account management across any industry is beneficial.
• Background in specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Leadership experience or people management skills are desirable.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
